However, over the years I've learned that 90% of billionaires make their fortune through some form of real estate. Recently, I've found myself thinking about the idea of time, and how time is on your side with any form of investment. We can only wish that we had purchased a home at market price ten years ago, or picked up some shares in Google stock when they were only a few dollars. Hindsight is 20/20. What I am reminded of is: whatever you buy now, you'll wish you had invested in ten more in ten years.
